From the initial enquiry we either book an appointment to come and view the proposed works and produce an estimate, or if dimensions are dropped into our showroom we can formulate a quotation.

If required, we can alternatively come on board with your project right from the start. We can help with initial drawings, structural calculations, submitting planning permission right through to the finest details eg. decorating, wardrobes, bespoke joinery. We also offer a kitchen and bathroom design service whereby we draw up these rooms in 3D. We charge £150 for this service which is fully refundable once the kitchen or bathroom is purchased through us.

From the quotation we discuss the project further with the client as, more often than not, the proposed works change slightly and quotations need to be amended, sanitary ware needs to be chosen and kitchen accessories need to be decided upon.

Once the works are agreed we ask for a deposit; at this stage we issue a schedule of works and an agreement to be signed. We do ask that any kitchen designs are signed upon agreement also. Our team then work very hard to complete your building works to a top quality standard and on time.
